Two different SS cams, two different lobes tickness

Hi.
I have two SS cams that look good, no pitting or lobes usure.
The lobes have a different tickness.
First: ex 1,20 / 1,20 - in 1,24 / 1,25;
Second: ex 1,21 / 1,21 - in 1,25 / 1,25.
I can assume the second is the best cam.
The question is if i can use the first.

Minor variations from one cam to another is not unusual. I wouldn't worry about using either one.
