Twas the morning of Christmas, stretching and yawning.

The faint glow of old Sol, day is just dawning.

Brain’s a bit foggy, moving too slow.

So I slog to the kitchen, for a hot “cuppa joe”.

By the front room window, what did I see?

But a silver-ish gleam, from behind the adorned tree.

Thought nothing of it, still groggy--unsound.

But unlike the tinsel, like a wheel--it’s round!

Closer inspection, clearly to see,

Twas an 850 Norton, behind that tree!

Blue, silver and black, with a big Christmas bow.

It’s ready to ride; it’s raring to go!

Just at that moment, a sound on the roof.

The scrape of a sleigh, the clicking of hoof.

I raced outside; and what did I see?

A plump little man, with big smile of glee!

Did he bring that 850 found under the tree?

But wait, is it possible? Could it just be??

He spun right around in his suit of bright red.

While laughing at me, to his reindeer he said:

“Now Dasher, Now Prancer, Now Donner, Now Blitzen.

On Norton, On Triumph, On Beeza and Vincent!”

And away he vanished on his reindeer- drawn ride.

Donning my leathers; bring the Norton outside!

Happy holidays!

Cheers!

Merry Christmas, Felize Navidad, Happy Hanukka, and Wonderful Winter Solstace to all On this Forum!

Here's wishing your 850, special Norton part, or special tool materializes under your tree.

Merry Christmas and best of the season to all quarantined here in the ward for those afflicted with Norton’s Disease. It has been studied by the medical community and it seems that velocity , lateral acceleration and auditory stimulation by parallel twins with 360 degree cranks are all beneficial.
Cheers - RT
