TTI chain sprocket nut set screw ?

I hand tightened the big nut on chain sprocet to notice it is not reverse threaded as AMC - so ask if the small trap screw is supposed to screw down so allen head butts next to nut flat to prevent turning or if screws down so allen head edge seats on face of nut to clamp in down or sort of both to jam skewed half way between seating on face fully in against edge flat?

SHCS sits flush to sprocket so head sits on nut flat as in first part of your question, locktite it in place, mines hasnt moved in 21/2 x seasons of racing.

Thanx for saving me some strained discovery as do not have way to hold shafts from turning right now to nip up enough to see if big nut snugged up to just clear the set screw as you state it does. Blue loctite oh hand for one the few appropriate places i use any.
