Tr4 or Tr6 inner tube valve stem?

I can't see a difference based on this, maybe its how its connected to the tube, I just ask for a Michelin airstop tube and it fits.

TR-4 (round base) Center/side metal valve (threaded and nuts)
TR-6 (oval base) Center metal valve (threaded and nuts)

Thanks Kommando, I guess the TR4 with the round base would be the one to get.
