Late on Wednesday day night, I perused a Norton suppliers web site, I put 27 different items in my basket, and first surprise was that all 27 are in stock, that's impressive for a 40 year old bike.
But yet more impressive is that it all arrived today (Friday), all present and correct, less than 2 days after ordering.
So, well done RGM, that really is top service in my book! :D
 
I always have excellent service from them. Over the pond and it's still 3 or 4 days delivery. And they also have some cool bits.
 
They also have many parts that are not in their catalogue so make sure to ask, especially many smaller parts from the Norton parts books.
 
I have had over £800 orders delivered next day by them. If you order before mid day its just arrives next day no matter what it is they hold very large stocks and have many genuine A.N. parts and are always helpful. Often on large orders I find pens calendars or even Tshirts thrown in as free bees which is nice touch.
 
Same here, always a good experience in dealing with RGM. Roger is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.

I only use RGM, Mick Hemmings and Andover Norton. All are good and the notable omission from the list is deliberate and even the name will never pass my lips let alone their website sully my screen.
