throttle stop screw

what would be the starting point for this screw(how many turns out) thanks..

I think the starting point would be the screws not touching the slides with the cables adjusted and the slide operating in perfect unison.

Touching the slides with your finger, turn in the stop screw till you fell it move. From this point start the syncing process alternating from the mixture screw screw to the idle screw following the tuning guides.

You've developed a stutter PV.

I use a 1/4" drill bit as a feeler gauge under the slides to get the stop screws set the same. I adjust the cables to make sure the slides 'disappear' at the same time.
