Throttle Assembly

Just wanted to start off by saying although I've just joined this forum I've been referencing it's fantastic material for the last 2 years during my 1974 Norton Commando 850 restoration. Just got it started last week and there's only one more piece of hardware I need before I put it on the road. That 2 piece chrome throttle handle clamp for a "quick throttle assembly" is hard to find. I have 7/8" handlebars. Is there a good substitute for this part off another bike? Old or new I don't care. Just want it on the road!

I've had some luck buying parts of items from British Spares in Mich. You'll have to call though.

Yes, that's the one, I have trouble with my feeble old mind. They found some old air lever parts for my 69/70 bike and Mike at Walridge picked up the rest.
