The crank, whittled from Ken's old door stop.
Neat thing about using small block Chevy sized journals is factory coated rod shells in any taper desired.
Big journals -big radius = less flex
Stretching the rod bolts
Pistons whittled from forged bar stock, hard anodized with low friction coating
SBR billet cases and extra heavy duty cam chain
Oversized PTO shaft to go with the oversized main bearings, custom sprocket to fit
92mm stroke, 80mm bore, 9.3 compression, 924.8 cc
Hydraulic tensioner, oversized, tight clearance oil pump [from old engine]
Cylinders coated with Total Seal Quick Seat [dry film lubricant]
The Fullauto head with 3mm over valves will be transferred from the old motor.
