The Anatomy of a Speedway Bike

A couple for my friends used to ride solo speedway. At first they used to ride the bikes as though they were road racers - around the pole line. For a while, they were both quite successful, Then they learned to ride the bikes properly and did even better. The good thing about speedway in Australia was that if your started behind the gate in handicap races, you got paid start money. Which was enough to buy a brand new 500cc JAWA each year.
