The 1946 brochure

I am a librarian and a Vincent brochure has come into my possession. It is the 1946 one with the charming R C Reyrolles illustration on the cover. The colophon page says " Code: ABC 7th Edition".
My question is, how may I tell if it is a reprint or not? Has this brochure been reprinted many times?
My old friend and neighbor Hamel could tell me but it's a loooong way to Minnesota from here!
It is not for sale, I just want to know the differences between a reprint and the real thing.
