Here is a pic of my 99 back in 1962,how about the engine enclosure? never seen anything like it, the bike is currently in full touring trim,avonaire, cravens,rear enclosure.Very heavy.The second foto is me visiting the first owners house (a very old guy).The bike has been reassembled from a wrecked basket case and is a rolling restoration with incomplete paint and rare parts from all over England.
The engine enclosure was designed to direct cooling air and it worked!!.
