    Good luck on that.

I was recently in your situation ..... found a guy on eBay who had 5 internal gears. I bought one and rebuilt my gearbox.

I researched my purchase history ..... he no longer has any gears listed for sale.

The seller was wozd2013. You might try to contact him via eBay.. Hopefully he has another gear.

There is also a thrust washer and a cap to complete the installation/rebuild.

thanks I will give him a try. I have a lathe so I make the end caps, epoxy them on and drill them for a pin to secure the cap fprever. I have an empty body, I need the internals.

Keep us informed. If you find a source for the internals, it would be good to know. There must be a need ... my end cap came off, and I ejected the gear .... must have shot out with some force, as I knew exactly when/where it happened, but walking the roadside afterwards was of no use.

The link by marinatlas looks like the main drive gear. I cannot tell anything regarding the ratio.

You will need the cable drive gear as well. Each gear has a 0.040 inch thick (IIRC) thrust washer which is easily made, and is approx. 0.812 inch dia. It needs to be case hardened.
