I know Oldbritts.com sells Stainless top nuts, (13-060345/SS) not sure if they are polished.

You could try WalridgeMotors. They have them in SS as well as Aluminum. I bought a set from Mike and they were nice.

Just trivia, nuts have a threads inside while bolts threads are outside, so guess what the fork and exhaust threaded fasteners should be called ; )
