Not quite "green globe" more "green crescent".View attachment 108966
I just ordered red led bulbs for my speedo and tac just to see what they look like. Also ordered stop and tail light in red led. Suppose to be really bright. Found led amber bulbs for turn signal but have not ordered them yet.I've still got a positive earth system.Classic Car LEDs Ltd

I really do not ride much at night just like to keep making upgrades to the old girl.Gentlemen do not ride at night.....
Don't forget, you will need an LED compatible flasher unit and a "tweaker" diode arrangement to run the indicator warning light.I just ordered red led bulbs for my speedo and tac just to see what they look like. I'll check into that. ThanksDon't forget, you will need an LED compatible flasher unit and a "tweaker" diode arrangement to run the indicator warning light.
What is a tweaker diode and how and where do you use it?Don't forget, you will need an LED compatible flasher unit and a "tweaker" diode arrangement to run the indicator warning light.

I’ll save you the troubleI just ordered red led bulbs for my speedo and tac just to see what they look like. Also ordered stop and tail light in red led. Suppose to be really bright. Found led amber bulbs for turn signal but have not ordered them yet.
Thanks for the info, I'll be ordering one.See this link for a good description of the issue and tweaker solution schematic:
Custom Norton Commando Wiring Diagram (Phil Baker) | Grant Tiller
Phil Baker has a MK3 Norton Commando that he is in the process of fitting LED warning lamps to. This is no problem at all - the only thing to watch out for is the polarity - an LED cannot be connected either way round like a filament lamp can. Turn Signal There is onegranttiller.com
And, following a link in that article to Paul Goff's webstore for his Tweaker solution (also with schematic):

Edit: Just found this on the Classic Car LED's page linked within the first article above....which has a special flasher unit which runs a third connection spade specifically to control the indicator lamp directly....no separate tweaker component needed:

I have blue LEDs in mine. Matches the "Fireflake Blue" paint on the tank and side covers.Anybody looking for speedo and tac wedge type LED bulbs look up ECO-ZILLA on ebay. They have wedge type LED bulbs in white, red and blue for a little over 5 bucks for two bulbs. I bought the white and they really light up the speedo and tac. Hershey
Where can you purchase one of these Lucas flashers?the new Lucas LED flasher relay is a much better solution plugs directly in to the loom in place of the original SFB 115 ( 35048 ) UNIT no modification of the loom is required
it has adjustable frequency to dial in to the bulbs resistance very clever you can even mix incandescent and LED bulbs in the pairs of turn signals
and warning light just by turning a single screw it alters the flash rate a much more plug and play solution
Does this Lucas unit still require a tweaker setup if running our single indicator warning lamp? The flasher from classiccarleds I linked previously claims to not need a tweaker as it directly controls the warning lamp.the new Lucas LED flasher relay is a much better solution plugs directly in to the loom in place of the original SFB 115 ( 35048 ) UNIT no modification of the loom is required
