Can anyone confirm or supply the specs for the Mark 3 Drive Sprocket (06-4681) and the Crank Gear (06-4731)?
Specifically, I am looking for the diameters of the faces that the sprag clutch run against.
Per OldBritts:
Drive Sprocket (06-4681) --- ID - 2.280 to 2.281"
Crank Gear (06-4731) --- OD = 1.6253 to 1.6248"
I have replaced both these items more than once on my bike and will have my son, the talented machinist, either make or modify one of the sets sitting on my bench, since my electric start mechanism has failed ... again.
Better still, does someone have the CAD file or SolidWorks file, so he can make me brand new parts with better (harder) material than those currently available?
Or i wait until CNW offers these bits - which is apparently in the works. Or, per the post under the title "Sprag repair" I might opt for that mod, with my son's help of course.
But in any case, I want to make sure I get the ID and OD details right
