Shipping motorcycle from UK

I have purchased a motorcycle & need to ship it from the UK, can anybody recommend a shipping company?
Any legalities I need to know about?

+1 for Chas. Top guy in this regard and he runs a very professional outfit. His company specialise in the land based transportation, but I'm sure he can help with advice on the other aspects.

Unless its a classic Norton of course, its now illegal to export Classic Norton's from England. They have to stay at home. Those ruddy foreigners have got enough of them...

Air or sea freight UK to USA.
Horizons Unlimited will have plenty of people shipping bikes if you ask.
