Seal the deal

Someone on this forum had praised Ariete fork seals So I decided to order a set for my Commando project. Upon searching the net, I found a source in Italy (Carpimoto) and ordered a set from them on March 21st. On April 18th I emailed them to inquire about my still not delivered seals. They said the they had shipped them on March 22nd. DHL sent them an email stating that the package was placed in my garage on March 27th. My garage is always closed and locked, but my warehouse door (at the same address) is often open all day with people coming and going throughout the day. After conferring with my employees, I assumed that I had picked up the package and put it somewhere, then forgot where I put it. Unfortunately that is not as unlikely as you might think. It gets pretty crazy around here sometimes. I then found a source in the US and ordered more seals.
The seals from Italy were delivered to my warehouse on May 24th (2 months late). Carpimoto says that they are filing a claim with DHL. I do not know what that means to me. I will wait and see.
I should, at the very least, be refunded the shipping cost. eh?
