Looks identical to a few on the 86 Falcon . :shock: :lol:

Lot of stuffs std. auto Supply issue ( Like Lucas ) .

You have Dimn's of shadey clip & tape measure to Pic .

Likely on in my clips box . One small hrottle cable one did about 5.000 miles sitting on a chassis rail . Un fing believable .
 
Thanks, I was going to look up the part number but I forgot. But I better check with Ella, sometimes they don't send exactly what is shown. Anywhere else you get an E clip.

I gotta say Dave, it's not often enough to need one that i could ever recall where i got one. They seem a little proprietary to their purpose.
 
I only have 1 of the 3 that were on the bike. Original one looks like blued spring steel, it cleaned up real good with some phosphoric acid and has been holding up. The rest I'm using the E type clips for now. At least the Eurotrash SS one fits the safety clip fine but they sent cheap hairpin clips with it and a regular nut instead of the jam nut.

I haven't had any problems with the C or E clips. I was just going for originality. Just my preference as long as I can afford it.

But then why am I using SS? Conundrum.

Got them from Clubman today with a bunch of other stuff. Chromed, well that's OK, I'm putting a lot of SS stuff on anyhow. Check out his SS items if interested, he's got real good prices on the stuff. And he doesn't' charge an arm and leg for shipping at least in the US.

not much consolacion but I'll have them in about 6-8 weeks, my supplier who is machining clevis's for some new rear sets I'm putting together is also going to supply me the same pins and clips , probably around $3 for the pin and clip when I have them.
 
The only other place I found them except for OB was some commercial site and they wanted $6 each for them. And some ungodly shipping price.
