We had a request and sold a set recently and thought with Norton being closed we will offer up 5 for anyone who needs or wants spares. We only have five we’re will to part with at this time. If I have other parts we’re willing to part with I’ll post it up.

These are Genuine NOS (new old stock - never used)

gen $350 cdn plus shipping
Rotor $280 cdn plus shipping

paypal preferred. Message me for details.

My dad was a Norton dealer. These are genuine parts and as far as I'm aware, made specific for Norton 961.

Hello Richard , I see that this comes with the ignition pick up coil as well , good. Put TonyA down for a stator thanks .

It does. And Thank you Tony. For the most part my dad bought 10 of most of the parts for a 961. Went through a lot of some parts and a little of others like these. Only went through 2 or 3 that I'm aware of. But again, theres only 50 bikes in Canada and of that i doubt many are ridden. Gens go but not often and hopefully Norton makes more 961’s and parts soon. This offer is to help anyone out there in need until norton opens up again.

Richard,

I wonder if that company Electrix would consider making new alternators for classic 750/850 Nortons.
The products currently available are crap.
Would be good to have a modern choice.

I don’t own an old norton so Im not familiar with the shittyness of them. Im sure with a min order they would make them. Most companies would. Ive never talked to them before so I couldn’t help.

Had to laugh at the wording. "familiar with the shittyness of them". Lord knows, if its built in England, no matter how cool, there is shittyness.
