What is the running clearance specified between the rocker spindle and rocker on a Norton big twin. I am guessing it is around 0.001" to 0.0015". I have never seen it specified. What is the common knowledge on this?

In the Mk3 workshop manual:
-rocker bore diameter: 0.4998 / 0.5003 in.
-rocker shaft diameter: 0.4988 / 0.4985 in.
