The back story. It is a '74 850 Roadster that I am working to get back on the road. I started the engine shortly after getting the bike, sounded good no bad noises. I have since been taking bad, damaged beyond repair and worn out parts off of it. After taking the pipes and the carbs off I was able to confirm it is a RH10 head. Inspection has shown that the intakes have had port work done to them, the work looks good but I have no idea if the shape is good. The exhausts have had inserts installed. Magnets are attracted to the inserts, there is some what may be JBWeld on some of the fins near the inserts and they may have been staked. I live in South Carolina the bike appears to have been in S.C. since at least 1979. My question is does anyone have any idea who may have done the work?
