reverse shitf cam plate goodness?

Thinking hard, [kinda hurts good though], about fitting this so seek feedback that others have gotten it to function nicely, as nice the factory cam plate? Don't mean I can but would like too.

if you got one or made one just fit it and see
mine is working nicely (both bought and home-made )
the home made is somewhat stiffer in operation as it is a swapped over std one and that means it sits at adifferent distance from the plunger (too long ago but if you are in trouble i will look it up as i now write everything down ,,,,)
