rear shock spring rate

am looking at replacing the ancient girlings on my bike with 'replicas' I see some of them with 110lb springs others with 126lb springs I weigh 175lbs...suggestions on which one is better for me?
 
I would vote for 100, but set it up with minimum static sag ( 5 mm max)
