called on Tuesday, talked to Mike, he is very pleasant and helpful, like the rest of the guys there. got my loot on thursday. i deal with all the Norton suppliers i can find, shop for what I need. Raber's right at the top with the rest of the usual suspects...never really had an issue with any Norton supplier. Raber's is revamping their website, and THAT will be good, I have to say the customer service makes up for the website, but if they get web lookup good, with photos, that would be really nice.
