question of standard clutch

I continue to prepare my race Commando.

i do this head steady, (thanks to Hobbot ) :





I'm going to do, the bottom fit just behind the cradle, and i keep the standard clutch with the triplex chain, and i haven't find anything about lightened clutch. I just read anywhere that someone fit only 3 clutch plates fibre but i don't remenber where.

Can you say me something about this.

Yes Reggie,

It's a part of my answer. I keep the steel clutch with chain, to make it more lightener i can fit 3 narrow steel, 3 fibre plates and a alloy pressure plate.
With this i win only 500g if i fit an alloy clutch centre i win surtenly 200g more. 700g... I think i'am going to buy an alloy belt drive kit !!!!
