Sorry for the delay. I've just got back from Perth to pick up my bike and a couple of minor things have delayed the finish. It will be up and running in a day or two and I'll have to go back and ride it home. As it has been rebored I'll spend a bit of time running it in before I return for a dyno run. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, the bike wasn't dynoed before the new head was fitted.
We had some problems with inadequate packaging (don't ask!) and new custom packaging for individual heads will be ready shortly. My next ten heads (all spoken for except for one 750 head) should be machined up this week with the rest of the batch of fifty being cast and heat treated by the end of this week as well. So, in the next 4 or 5 weeks there should be heads enough for all who want them. I'll give you a ride report as soon as I get it back. The shakedown run will be 260 miles back home from Perth.
