Hello,

I wanted to let those that knew Phil about his passing. Phil was a larger than life character. Although he was banned from the forum many years ago because he could not control what he was posting, we always kept in touch and I shall miss my conversations with him. Phil had a stroke last week. He was transferred from Cowra to a hospital in Sydney NSW, where he did not make it.

I am 83, I do not worry about dying because I have achieved. I just enjoy living.

I should come in Remember our friends more often, didn't know Texas Slick had passed or Phil Yates, Phil dropped in on me a few years ago while he was in Brisbane getting a bike, we always had a good chat when he was on here and slick had a few chats as well even if he was on the other side of the world.
