NOS Commando Heads

JRC Engineering has announced Two (2) NOS Commando heads for sale.


NOS NORTON 750 CYLINDER HEADS


These two NOS 750 Commando cylinder heads may be the last genuine replacement heads in the world.
Both were acquired from the Kuwaiti Norton Distributor. The Kuwaiti military used Norton Commandos as their service machine prior to the Gulf War.

Overall finish is dull as this is how they were supplied on the early Commandos. Stamped RH1
Perfect for a restoration!

064097 Cylinder Head 1973 750 Commando with 850 guides $795
Brand new as supplied by the factory to the Kuwait Norton distributor in 1974. Purchased by Rabers in the 90's
supplied in the factory bright finish. Never fitted to a bike.

I saw that, I get their flyer. Part of me wishes I needed one, part of me is happy I don't. Talk about bitter sweet.

I considered making the purchase as an investment, but realized that there are very few that might help me turn this into an investment; too many out there busy rebuilding light bulbs...

I'd bet that they are now spoken for. My wet dream for 2019, so far, was snagging a set of NOS B44 engine cases; I continue to dream on,,,

there were a couple on ebay not long ago with info posted here, 1k each US
