It's 28 cents to raise, but be careful. If it goes overseas, it'll be British Pounds. That will bring up the strength of the Dollar visa vie the European Common Market Euro. That gets into politics, and you know where that leads. Then there is the legality of internet gambling.

Maybe if one of the members is in L.A.B.'s neighborhood, they could just stop by and pat him on the back.
