What are the original Norton P11 spring rates for the Teledraulic forks and the Girling rear dampers?

I would not expect either to be a progressive rate, just a simple linear spring rate.

I thought the Matchless chart would have a similar Girling application.

Does not appear so!

So I measure rear spring rate at 110 lbs/in.

220 lbs at 2.0 inches compressed.

preloaded installed Girling spring length - about 8.6" at the softest Girling preload setting.

P11 Girling free spring length unknown at this time.
Anybody got a spring off they can measure?

Girling suspension shock unit, my 67 P11, is eye to eye about 13.25"
