Couldn't resist posting this pic of a customer adorning his Combat.

Norton Girl

Is there a head steady on that bike? Seems a lot of nothing between the head and tank or am I missing something?
All that weight probably won't help the life of the centre stand either. I dunno......
Cheers, Martin

"...and if he observed Lady Godiva, he would remark about the horse" not my quote.

I like the direction your art is going in, thanks for sharing.

I have given up looking at women because there is no value in it. These days I go to a Heart Moves exercise group every Tuesday morning, where I am the only bloke amongst 8 women, and I TALK to them. Coffee with the girls afterwards is great. It's a small town where I live and many of the oldies know my wife, so I cannot get into much trouble. At present I have my step-daughter and her lovely baby living with us. The step-daughter LOOKS great, however every day I feel like jumping into our local lake to escape. What is it they used to say - 'Live fast, die young and make a beautiful corpse' ?

Gee Wiz, she doesn't look all that heavy to me.

Nice pipes !!

all stainless by the looks of them, Any idea who makes them ?

Would look fine if she wasn't sportin all those Tats definitely did the Combat a disservice .

Well, I have no problem with an inked up Betty. They usually know how to dance and drink. They might not be the most stable... but hey.

Ink seems to be the norm with the 'hipster' crowd.

I've gone on the last several 'Distinguished Gentlemans' Rides' and all the women look like typical '40s-'50s pin-ups - except for the extreme tats.

BTW - Tats only really work on people with really white skin, like the lady in the pic above - especially Japanese-style tattoos.

I was at an event a few years ago and a mate said 'those guys look as though they have brought their mothers along. Come to think of it, they might be better off if the had brought their mothers.' He didn't say it loud enough so the hairy guys hear him.

you sure you got that right ??

Please don't misunderstand - The customer is adorning his bike with the girl - the photo is self explanatory. Probably the best Norton girl photo I've ever seen.

This is one of my favorites of the "girl on a bike" theme. This is John Caffrey's daughter, a model at the time, on Martin Adam's Commonwealth Honda race bike. Not a Norton, but John built one of his Seely copy chassis for Martin's Norton race bike, shown below, so I can still claim some Norton content here.
