My recollection is that the above are from a NWNO party in Seattle around 1994.

I believe this is from perhaps the 1993 NWNO Christmas Party when someone challenged then Presideny Steve Neal to start a bike in one kick.

471 is Duncan Craic and 76 is Les Cook.

That's Steve Neal, former president of NWNO with Alan.
