Norton Commando Logos

I have created the 1972-2005 Hi-Res Logo using Adobe Illustrator that I am willing to share with anyone who requires them. I can save them as .ai .ps .eps .pdf or any other image file that any print or graphic company can make stencils or decals from or easily convert to a embroidery file. I will be using them to create stencils when I gold leaf my tank and side covers. Let me know if you would like them or I am will create a other version (outlined/year) if you need.

The regenerated Norton factory has changed their curly Norton logo. It now no longer has the cross on the T so new 961 Commando owners own a Norlon.

Coincidently I read an article about the refreshed Norton logo earlier this week!

I was pleased the update was subtle, and the core of the logo is still recognisable!

I also seen that article a while back. Funny thing is they probably paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for them to "re-create" the logo. A few years ago ther was a page on the old Andover Norton site that detailed all of the changes of the logo over the years.

I think the New Capital "N" looks wimpy . . . and I liked the double crossed tee . . . not that what I think matters a nit
(referring to the linked article).

On the other hand, the graphics from the original post are excellent . . . and very generous of the poster.
