Norton Atlas headlight

quick question, my mostly original, low miles but well patinaed '66 Atlas has no labelling anywhere that says 'Atlas' - other than on the headlight glass (right in the middle of the glass, where they usually say 'wipac, or Lucas, or whatever)
Coincidence? did a company called Atlas manufacture these back in the day?
Been wondering about thgis since I got the bike about 6 years ago.

It's more likely to be co-incidental. Your Atlas wold have originally had a Lucas fitment. Atlas did make domestic light bulbs here in the UK and maybe sealed beams. Regards, Paul.
