I've been quiet for the last few months. With the shenanigans going on in Australasia (that's Australia and New Zealand), nothing much to say while I wait for things to sort themselves out.

Anyhow whilst waiting for a few bit and bob's including an air filter, removed the airbox and popped an air filter onto each throttle body. After four months of sitting in the garage she fired up first time and idled nicely.

Anyone else toyed with the idea? With a bit of tidying up would probably look quite good. Pooped oil everywhere, but that's my bad for having everything disconnected.

Your closest dealership is Brisbane Australia.
Just a quick 3 1/2 plane trip each way

I'm liking that setup.
You will need some sort of plate to stop shit coming off the back wheel, and will have to put a small filter on the IAC valve.
Run your breather hose back over the tappet cover and down the left frame tube to the swing arm mount a air compressor water separator on the swing arm with the outlet coming out just under the right footpeg :)
Apart from that tuck the air temp sensor up under the tank somewhere and tidy up the wiring :)
Here is what im looking at , with filters so it doesn't suck small animals in .
No Airbox - no problem

Looks very nice and clean sans airbox.
What did you connect the idle air valve line to?

I literally stuck the filters on and pressed the start button. :) Just wanted to see what it looked and sounded like. Would be a little more work involved to make it permanent.

That looks great! Much more minimalistic.

A pair of flat slides would be the icing on the cake...!
