Hi.
I will stay in NYC the first week of december.
I would like to visit some dealers or workshop of old British motorcycles and parts.
Can you give me some suggests?
Thank you.
Piero

Well, I would say that you have got to go and see our own "homeslice" from the forum. He is NYCNorton, although I think it is across the river in New Jersey.

Hi Piero,

Let us know when you're here. NYC Norton is just across the Hudson river (as CJ says); about a 5 minute subway ride from the World Trade Center. Our shop will make your head explode!

Piero, you might want to leave your money in your hotel safe before you visit NYCNorton - you will be tempted to spend $$$ on the fantastic kit Kenny has on his shelves.

That is terrible advice.

Instead, take all of your money, and anyone else's that you can get, spend it all on exotic bits and then post the pics on here!

Hi.
Just come back from visit NYC, nice weather in December, not so cold, blu sky and sun, sometime some clouds and warm wind.
It has been my fifth time, last in the 2005.
I am so sorry that i cannot visit Kenny, i would but i was with wife and our two young sons.
What can i say?.
I love New York City.
A lot of new wonderfull new places to visit.
But for us italians NYC is now very very expensive, not only because the $ is almost pair with Euro.
Tink that a Pizza costs 16/18 $ and with tax and tips goes to 22$; here in Italy we pay 6/8 Euro.
And this is the ratio for everithing.
We had less revenue and high tax, sorry.
If you want visit Rome, let me know, a coffe together will cost only 0,9 Euro each.
Ciao.

Piero, here in the U.S. we have many, many executives drawing tens of millions, in some cases hundreds of millions, in salaries that increase our prices dramatically. Take for example our internet service. We rank 22nd in the world for internet speed, yet we have the highest salaried internet provider company executives in the world.

So true. I'm an hour's drive north of U.S. border but nowaday$ N.Y.C. forget it . 11 trips to N.Y.C. in the pleasant past. Long Island is all good. Never been to Italy , maybe with my wife one day.

Hi.
Why not the next year if i will have a good budget to spend (without sell bikes)!.
Now the Euro has a good Exchange and this helps.
I am a lawyer, but you must think that in Italy is not like in USA, is a good job only but nothing more!
Ciao
Piero
