Those Indian tanks do tend to look a bit boxy, usually have a big seam at the front around the head stock

Sometimes a user bit is just that: a user. Id rather put an Indian Interstate on my bike than
my NOS never had petrol in it ever tank and then worry about a scratch or worse.

I’m still riding with a beautiful OEM glass fibre tank , no broken fins .... great thing with bikes once you are in motion cosmetics play second or third fiddle , eh

I was very sad when my fiberglass tank melted
Plus it got all the way into the inlet valves holding them slightly open
