I have seen these new castings and they are excellent. If enough interest is shown he will cast more.

Hi Ron,
Very good manifacture but i think is better to have longer.
Piero

Hi Piero,

He is making the leg longer and by leaving the foot to be welded on, the leg can be shortened to the desired length.

I do not have any stake in this venture, just fortunate to see the end result. He started this project to aid in the build of his own P11.

WOW! Impressive copy, better than new. Hope he gets enough interest in these to run a good sized batch. I'll be bidding and watching to see where the pricing tops out...I'm thinking about a hundred bucks?

I know, I've purchased them... actually the RGM repops are pretty good and work well. They come complete with the spring, nuts & bolts with the proper pivot. No assembly required, but you may have to massage it to fit your application. I believe they are now supplying them to several re-sellers? They just don't look 50+ years old as do these new castings. I do hope they sell well.

Poorer copies are selling for $200-250

Atlas and P11 stands are the same except P11 must use a bolt in the clamp rather than the stud due to clearance issues.

The prop leg is marginal in length and at least one aftermarket supplier offers a longer one.
