Hey, I'm new to the forum so I thought I'd introduce myself.
The name is Brian, I live in North Carolina and I have a 1974 Norton Commando 850 Roadster. I picked this bike up a few weeks ago now and love the thing. It runs well but needs a few things here and there. As seen in another thread with mixed feelings, it was bought with a Joe Hunt magneto and a 5.5" headlight. Otherwise it has mostly stock parts with a few other exceptions. I look forward to getting to know you all through the forum and at other Norton/British MC events.

Aside from my Norton, I also ride a 2001 Triumph Bonneville, a Honda XR200 for post vintage CC racing and am in the process of getting my '71 Triumph T25T built for vintage MX racing. Ive also had various other late 60's Triumphs. This is my first Norton.

Thanks in advance for any help, parts etc.

Best wishes.

-Brian

Welcome to ongoing project land. NC-Blue Ridge is very active vintage area with rides and rallys famous to attract regulars across the nation. Probably know more of it than I in Arkansas.

bri1955,
I am also in NC(Pittsboro) with a 74 Roadster. There is going to be a Norton gathering just outside of Charlotte in
mid-April.I see you have the Ton-Up poster so you might be in the Raleigh area.Let me know.
