It's a 1947 James ML 125. He has always wanted one since he was 10 years old and he's now 73. I talked him into buying this one. It has been restored but it was immediately placed in a museum and never started. We oiled the cylinder and turned it over several times this week. Finally tried to start it Saturday. It fired up on the third kick. It's going to need some adjusting on the linkages and going over for loose nuts and bolts, but I expect it to be ridden in the next week or so. Top speed.....41 mph. Better hang on!
