New 961

I may be out of line here, but I think 99% of the owners on this forum own original commando's not the new version. I do have to say the new version looks interesting though.

Why not just post up your observations, experiences, and opinion?

thanx.

Um, Richard, we've been waiting for YOUR report!!!

So Richard, come on spill the beans, I know of one thats up for sale after 18 miles, none of which has been done by the owner, is it satisfying? Please tell me because I want to buy one but only if its better than the old Commando's I own right now. Reports I've heard suggest they sound like a bag of spanners? One turned up at the National rally this weekend but reports so far say that apart from the owner dropping it on the gravel (ouch) and it looking stunning (which it does) its a bit of a noisy dog?

only 18 miles and now for sale? It can't be that bad? :?
I finally ordered a hoodie from them last week when the exchange was low. That's my part of keeping them in business.

I think the owner's reason for selling was due to poor health, but then again, I expect a lot of 961 owners will be too old to ride them by the time they actually get them?

I do hope this isn't going to turn into another "Hesketh" fiasco!
