    A $25 USB borescope thru the spark plug hole will show if it's never been started. I believe OEM pistons had distinct stampings that would show (although could be NOS replacements)

    If the ad was true, it would also show the rusty bores due to not running and no oil. Likely a lot would be rusty inside...

    It says: "0 (zero) original miles" not 'never started'!

    The engine would certainly have been started and the bike probably subjected to a brief road test (speedo disconnected?) before being released for dispatch.

    A speedo can be rebuilt to show zero miles, a borescope will show carbon evidence of more than a standard factory test also. I'm not saying the sales claim is false.

    I call BS....the author even spelled America with a K. I bet they have 25 million dollars they will send you as a thank you for helping them get the cash out of Nigeria......just forward your bank account number.
