Need info on Dave Taylor's Head Steady

Got mine all mounted and going but I have misplace the original directions. I set it up per the directions before misplacing them. I've got a little too much shake at idle. I would think that I just need to tighten up the spring a little. Does anyone still have their directions or know what procedure would reduce the shake at idle?
