    Hi.
The mufflers of N15/G15 seem the same of Atlas, but instead they are different.
Please, do you know who supply the stock one?
    Thank you.

It's worth knowing that AMC had problems with the support of the "cigar" silencers on the G15 models. The original mounting position was too far forward and the support points at the silencer broke due to fatigue. This was eventually solved by redesigning the supports and I believe they were moved to the rear also.
Mounting positions at the Atlas type silencers are also too far forward, nowhere near center of gravity of the silencer where it really should be, given just one frame bolt attachment. The support bracket NM25190 will not prevent the silencers to rotate at the frame support.

    Hi Knut.
If you see the picture on Roy Bacon book they seem different.

I don't have access to that book right now. Maybe you are referring to the 1963 test mule? It had a pair of cigar shaped mufflers crafted on. Those mufflers were developed for the roadsters (G80/G12/G15 Mk2) and never made it to the G15CS. You really should rely on pictures of production bikes. Either there were no mufflers at all (see "3 steps to victory" advertisement; maybe mufflers were optional), or from the autumn of 1966 on ('67 model year) as the G15CS became a true street scrambler, the Norton Atlas type of muffler.

    Hi Piero and Knut,
I note that the parts manual for 65-67 lists separate #'s for silencers for G15CS and G15 MK II, CSR. The MK II, CSR part #'s are 029727/8.
Mike at Walridge Motors lists the MK II, CSR items but no stock.
Email Mike and I'm sure he can provide more info.
