N switch in non N switch gear box-cam plate.

I want a green LED when in N, plus to dis-arm various accessories. I've a factory 850 N switch and 750 gear box kit. I've seen em installed but seek advice or farming out to add a N switch to Qualfe shell and maybe a reversed cam plate. I assume it can't be done by hand drill and bench grinder so I must farm out to the tool-die pros.

How would yosse guys set up to get it all aligned and marked to go?

Just use the little steel gear indicator arrow to trip a microswitch!

Ha, you think like me, but I don't yet know if I can run rear sets and under shoot shift link that can retain the pointer. One use of N signal is to re-set rpm limiter downward. Unrestrained a throttle blip could send it over 7000 even w/o further firing past 7000. Hm, still not a bad ID for external N switch.

Still hoping to hear its even possible in early gb case, don't know if later cases have a boss or something to allow mounting.
