It is complete as can be for me. Just thought I'd show it off like so many others do.
Will take on all critics.
Blued 1 1/2" pipes are from last year. What done is done and can't be undone. I'll get a fresh set before I scuff then all up. Maybe a 2 to 1 to 2 next year.

New (used) steel tank. I still have the FG that is in great shape. Same color.

Twin 32mm flat side carbies.

Self drilled brake disk. I have the pattern if some one wants it and then pass it on to the next guy.

Notice the lack of plumbing ( checks, ball valves) on the oil supply line. The MKIII cover is doing it's jobby job.

Old Britts oil pressure gauge. System idles at 20 PSI when hot at around 1000 rpm. Magura Master cylinder and MKIII switchgear (after market).

Very nice. Not sure you'll get any critics. Well, it could be yellow instead of red, but other than that, excellent job.

If my drill press didn't wobble I'd probably drill mine just like that.

Really Nice pvisserii
Nice mods done to the bike. Interested on your rear sets? Kind of looks like what I just purchased at Clubman Racing for mine. My bike is almost complete just waiting for some small detail bits then I can post my bike pics and compare notes :D

+1 on nice work; looks and sounds like you spent your money wisely where you'd get the best return in looks and performance!

Tell me about the carbs, manifolds and air cleaner. I can see the air cleaner is a K&N, but it is much larger in the bell mouth area; is it specific to the carbs??

Your bike looks terrific! Very nice.

Great cam selection.
I see your PWK flat slides are linked with a balance tube set up you made.

As you know from our correspondence, I have the same carbs and love them.

But mine do not have the balance tube.

Did you find you needed to install one to rectify the problems you had with the carbs initially?

You got your carbs sorted out, lots of plug chops and playing with needle clip and slow jet, air screw to get it?

Very glad to hear you decided to keep them and got them sorted!

It's a Mick Hemming set from Old Britts when they had them.

JSMotorsports PWK Kits. I do not have the old air cleaner backing plate so I opt for the K&N RU 2850. Snug but lots of surface to suck air.

Most of my problem was with cam timing. I had to advance it 10 degrees to get it proper. Fairly custom grinds. you know. After that it was simple and small adjustment. Balancing tube assured a good idle with hot cam.

Well, I for one DON'T like it........just kidding what's not to like!! I've followed along on many of your posts, and gotten lots of good ideas. Cj

Red hot mate.
What's that next to the twist grip PV, A choke lever ?
AC.

Cruise control, you can have the same thing in a car, just put a brick on the gas pedal

Oh, the bike looks great.

Red Hot Tomato !! A construction model we can all envy in a good way to approach.
Are ya getting wheelie issues with all the get go mods?
Advancing the cam implies slower port velocity so closing intake sooner compresses more mixture than blows back out. Maybe when ya get the FullAuto head installed will have to retard cam and lean way forward before twists ups.

I loved the oblique shot that shows the engine profile sticking out so nice, I love that viewing angle on mine and appreciate your taste in aim to get it so well on such a nicely finished everything.

But them blemished 1.5" pipe blues don't belong on a trailer Queen like this so I'll take em off ya hands when ya install the 2>1 for even more kick in the buns. If the 2>1 sucks more and it should, may have retard cam a bit to get most out it.
