Mk3 Canadian HL Unit function actual vs chart

I am working with a Mk3 that has the Canadian components fitted - 06-6625 switch and an ignition warning light unit that shows HL and TL connections.

Ignition Switch pos Ignition only - Mk3 starts and runs well, red light fades with engine rev, but other descriptions on the workshop chart don't seem to match.

Anyone running this HL unit, look over chart and confirm it is correct or not.
According to me the chart is not.

I have the same machine ... But electrical with it stumps me badly.

i checked my new 06.6625 ignition switch and contacts 2 & 3 show connected when at off position. supplied new from Andover recently.

My biggest issue is the bike will not shut off when off is selcted. kill switch required

Are you getting your key position confused with your terminal numbers.

I.E.
Terminals 1, 2 and 3 should be connected in key position #3

It's not the correct 'Canadian model' 06-6625 switch, as it can't be 06-6395 and 06-6625 which was the reason for the different Canadian ignition switch.

The actual 06-6625 switch is probably unavailable Edit: unless it's original Lucas old stock?
