As far as I'm aware Quaife are no longer making the parts, so I suppose when the spares dry up that'll be the end.

I have been able to contact Patrick Walker, first on the landline and afterwards using e-mail. Ordered a #1 shift fork.

Thks a lot for the path to his e-mail John. I'm looking for a Quaife 5 speed either new or in (very) good condition and will ask him (unfortunately the TTI one is out of budget...).

Hi Laurent,

I think he mentioned that he has a complete cluster left but for racing applications (no kickstart).
Is The Commando engine you bought from me to put in your Dommie still going strong?

I asked myself "When I'm lying on my deathbed, will I smile to everyone present and tell them that I am so happy that I didn't spend that money to buy a TTI box for my PR?" I got a very clear answer quickly.
