Maybe I should wear my work boots?

I thought as I was prepping my bike to pull the head... in my comfy leather and fleece slippers.

Note to self: dont lower the bike off the center stand on the lift while wearing slippers, and onto your foot.

I know, ATGATT.

Ouch! At least you've learned and your toes are still straight....Some of us have crooked toes from our home schooling.

Could have been worst, I do all my work on my bikes just wearing thongs (flipflops to you Yanks lol) and always dropping things on my foot and toes, I still haven't learned lol.
But as they say more work accidents happens at home, 2 days ago I was cutting steel with my grinder and cut off wheel up in the shed when the grinder decided to attacked me, blood everywhere and a trip to hospital 6 stitches later in my finger, the worst thing about it 45 years working with steel and grinders and never a accident, now retired it got me.
Anyway you still have your toe nail for now anyway.
