Thanks Don. your OP sender units look great and mine works well.
Managed to find the appropriate LED warning light and wired it all up last week. Managed the first ride tonight and the oil pressure warning light now stays off till the bike stalls around 400 RPM. Managed to get the engine to stay idling below 500 RPM in order to test the system best.

Great product, easy to fit and looks good.

i just finished mine up yesterday as well.
I wanted to run the ground wire up with the harness, alongside the clutch cable, so the tank came off.
The stock bolt coming off uses a 5/16 WW wrench, the new bolt needs 9/16. You have to save and use one of the old washers.
I came nowhere near the 15 lbs of torque which can be used for a bolt this size, and no leak or weeping.
I have a gauge fitted also, and turning the key back on right after shutting down (while the pressure is still dropping), I noted the light goes on as the pressure drops to about 5 lbs.
Great useful kit, well designed, and a good price. What's not to like? Thanks, Don!

If your pressure switch unit is not working as it should let me know and I'll ship a new one, had one or two failures where I was
overzealous with the thread sealing compound and some of it may have got inside on to the contacts giving a false reading.

Mine's been great as well, temps have warmed, and after a hard highway run the other day the light started flickering slightly at idle for the first time, the bike was hot, and my oil cooler bypass valve had opened as well. I'm running 20/50, but think a switch to straight 50 may be worthwhile
